Summary
This study looks at how people with high blood pressure respond to being placed face down during spinal surgery. Researchers will measure heart function and blood pressure in 70 patients to see if those with hypertension are at higher risk for dangerous drops in blood pressure. The goal is to help doctors prevent complications like organ failure during surgery.
