Summary

This study tested a community program designed to help Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander adults better manage high blood pressure. Participants received education on healthy eating, medication use, and physical activity, with support from peers and text messages. The goal was to see if this approach could lower blood pressure and improve health habits compared to usual care.
