First human test for new blood pressure pill combo
NCT ID NCT07421375
Summary
This is an early safety study to see how the body absorbs and processes two common blood pressure medications—fimasartan and indapamide—when given as separate pills versus a single combined pill. It will involve 58 healthy adult volunteers who will take the drugs on an empty stomach. The main goal is to measure drug levels in the blood and check for any side effects, not to treat high blood pressure.
