Summary
This study compared two blood pressure treatments in 59 adults under 60 who were newly diagnosed with mild to moderate hypertension. One group took bisoprolol alone, while the other took a combination of valsartan and amlodipine. The goal was to see which medicine controlled blood pressure better over 24 hours and caused fewer side effects.
