Summary
This study tested two different blood pressure treatments in 59 adults under 60 who were newly diagnosed with mild to moderate hypertension. One group took bisoprolol alone, while the other took a combination of valsartan and amlodipine. Researchers used 24-hour monitors to check blood pressure and recorded any side effects. The goal was to see which approach works better for younger patients.
