Summary
This final-stage study is testing whether adding a new drug (DWC202314) to an existing two-drug combination works better for lowering blood pressure. It involves about 192 adults whose high blood pressure is still not under control with their current medication. Participants are randomly assigned to get either the new three-drug combo or the standard two-drug combo to see which is more effective and safe.
