Summary

This study tests a program to help adults aged 35 and older in rural Pakistan control high blood pressure. Community health workers will provide regular blood pressure checks, home education, and referrals to doctors. The goal is to see if this approach works when used on a large scale. About 3,500 people will take part for two years.
