Summary
This study tested whether adding a second drug (DWC202314) to an existing one (DWC202404) helps lower blood pressure in people whose hypertension is not well controlled with the first drug alone. 192 adults with essential hypertension took part. The main goal was to see how much the combination reduced sitting systolic blood pressure from the start of the study.
