First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 19 times
Summary
This study tested whether adding a third drug (DWC202314) to a two-drug combination (DWC202405/DWC202313) helps lower blood pressure more effectively in people whose high blood pressure is not well controlled with the two-drug combo alone. The trial involved 198 adults with essential hypertension. Participants were randomly assigned to receive either the three-drug or two-drug treatment, and blood pressure changes were measured over time.
