Oxygen boost: secret to super strength?

Summary
This study looks at whether breathing in extra oxygen can help healthy adults produce more muscle strength during a pulling test. About 48 physically active people aged 18-45 will take part. Each person will be tested in both an oxygen-rich environment and a placebo (sham) environment to compare results.
