NCT ID NCT07625696

First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study looks at whether breathing mild hyperbaric oxygen (1.3 ATA, 28% oxygen) for 6 weeks can help 16 elite male sailors recover from sports fatigue. The goal is to see if it improves heart rate balance, blood flow in muscles, and fatigue-related blood markers. Results will guide future larger studies on faster recovery for athletes.
