Summary
This study tested two types of exercises—thoracic extension and global postural corrective exercises—in 30 adults with hyper kyphosis (excessive rounding of the upper back). The goal was to see which better reduces pain, improves spine movement, and corrects posture. Participants were between 18 and 48 years old with mild to moderate curvature. Results help guide physical therapy choices for this condition.
