Half the radiation, same hope: new trial for head & neck cancer

NCT ID NCT07573956

First seen May 14, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026

Summary

This study compares a shorter, higher-dose radiation schedule (15 sessions) to the standard longer schedule (30 sessions) for people with head and neck cancer after surgery. The goal is to see if the shorter course controls cancer just as well while reducing treatment time. About 369 adults with intermediate-risk features will take part.
