Summary
This study is testing whether a natural compound called hydroxytyrosol can help pregnant women with high blood pressure. Fifty-two participants will take either hydroxytyrosol or a placebo daily for four weeks. Researchers will measure whether it improves blood flow to the uterus and reduces inflammation, which could help control the condition.
