Summary

This study tested whether giving a painkiller called hydromorphone before pain starts can help mothers recover more comfortably after a C-section. 105 women were split into three groups: one got a low dose, one a high dose, and one a placebo. The goal was to see if this approach reduces pain, speeds up recovery, and improves satisfaction.
