Summary
This study is testing a new hydrogel injection designed to treat chronic low back pain caused by worn-out spinal discs. It is for adults aged 22-85 who have had severe back pain for at least 6 months that hasn't improved with other treatments like physical therapy or medication. The goal is to see if injecting this gel-like material directly into the damaged disc can safely reduce pain and improve function over a year.
