Can home exercises match clinic visits for shoulder recovery?
NCT ID NCT07374900
Summary
This study looked at two ways to deliver physiotherapy for shoulder pain. It compared a hybrid approach (one weekly clinic visit plus home exercises) with fully in-person therapy (three weekly clinic visits). The goal was to see if the hybrid method was as good at helping people recover in a similar amount of time.
