Summary

This study tests a hybrid exercise program that combines supervised gym sessions with home workouts for people with coronary artery disease. The goal is to see if this approach improves exercise capacity, body composition, and quality of life better than standard cardiac rehab. About 84 adults will participate, with assessments over 9 weeks.
