Summary
This trial is testing a new combined surgical procedure to treat inappropriate sinus tachycardia (IST), a condition where the heart beats too fast for no clear reason. It is for adults whose symptoms are not helped by standard medications. The goal is to see if this procedure can safely lower the heart rate and improve patients' quality of life.
