New injection challenge: can hyaluronic acid match steroids for carpal tunnel relief?

Summary
This study compares two injection treatments for mild to moderate carpal tunnel syndrome: hyaluronic acid versus standard corticosteroid injections. Sixty adult patients will receive one of these injections under ultrasound guidance. Researchers will track which treatment better improves symptoms, hand function, and nerve health over three months.
