Summary
This study tests whether hyaluronic acid injections work as well as standard steroid shots for mild to moderate carpal tunnel syndrome. Sixty adults will receive one type of injection guided by ultrasound, and researchers will track symptom changes and nerve function for three months. The goal is to find a treatment option that eases pain and numbness without surgery.
