Summary
This study aims to see which of two simple injection treatments works better for men with lifelong premature ejaculation that hasn't responded to pills or therapy. Researchers will compare hyaluronic acid injected into the tip of the penis with Botox injected into a pelvic muscle. They will measure how long it takes to ejaculate and ask men about their control and satisfaction over a 12-month period.
