First seen Jun 27, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study looks at whether adding hyaluronic acid to temporary dental crowns (made by 3D printing or milling) can improve gum health and surface smoothness. Sixty adults with moderate gum disease will receive one of the two crown types, and their gum attachment, bleeding, and plaque will be measured. The goal is to find a better way to manage gum disease during dental restorations.
