New cell therapy tested for Tough-to-Treat brain and nerve autoimmune disorders

NCT ID NCT07265206

Summary

This is an early, small study to see if a new cell-based injection called HY001N is safe and might help people with certain autoimmune diseases that affect the brain and nerves, and have come back or not responded to other treatments. It will enroll about 15 adults with conditions like multiple sclerosis or myasthenia gravis. The main goal is to check for side effects, while also looking for early signs that the treatment might reduce disability or relapse rates.
