Summary
This study looked at the long-term safety of the drug Hunterase in 30 people with Hunter syndrome, a rare genetic disorder. Participants had already been using the drug for at least 6 months. The goal was to see if the drug remains safe and effective over about a year. While it does not cure the disease, it aims to help manage symptoms and improve daily function.
