Summary
This study followed patients with Hunter syndrome for about one year to check the long-term safety and effectiveness of Hunterase enzyme replacement therapy. It included 30 patients who had already been receiving this treatment for at least six months. Researchers monitored walking ability, urine markers, and overall health to see how well the treatment worked over time.
