First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This study looks at whether starting with higher humidity (90%) in incubators helps extremely premature babies (born before 25 weeks) stay hydrated better than lower humidity (70%). Researchers will check weight loss and overall safety, including survival and serious health problems. The goal is to find the best way to care for these fragile infants in the NICU.
