New gel may soothe painful rash from cancer drugs

Summary
This study tests a gel called HT-001 for skin problems like rash, dryness, and nail issues caused by certain cancer drugs (EGFR inhibitors). About 152 adults will apply the gel daily for 6 weeks. Researchers will check if it reduces rash severity, itching, and pain, and improves quality of life.
