New pill tested for Tough-to-Treat blood cancer

Summary
This is an early-stage study to find a safe dose and see how well a new oral tablet called HSK47977 works for adults with non-Hodgkin lymphoma that has come back or hasn't responded to other treatments. Researchers will test different dose levels in about 110 participants to check for side effects and see if the drug helps shrink tumors. The main goal is to find the highest dose patients can tolerate without severe side effects.
