Summary
This phase 3 study tests an experimental tablet, HSK44459, in 378 adults with progressive pulmonary fibrosis (PPF), a condition where lung scarring worsens over time. The main goal is to see if the drug helps maintain lung function over 52 weeks compared to a placebo. Participants may or may not be taking standard anti-fibrotic medications.
