Summary
This study looks at how the body processes a new drug called HSK39297 for paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria (PNH) in people with mild or moderate liver problems compared to those with healthy livers. Researchers will measure drug levels in the blood and check for side effects after a single dose. The goal is to understand if liver health changes how the drug works, helping guide future dosing. 24 adults aged 18-70 are being recruited.
