First seen Jan 16, 2026 · Last updated May 07, 2026 · Updated 13 times
Summary
This completed Phase 1 study looked at whether a single dose of the anesthetic HSK3486 changes the heart's electrical activity (QTc interval) in 48 healthy adults aged 18 to 45. Participants received either HSK3486, a placebo, or a positive control drug, and their heart rhythms were monitored. The goal was purely to gather safety information, not to treat any disease.
