Summary
This study tests a new drug combination (HS-20110) in about 500 adults with advanced colorectal cancer that has not responded to standard treatments. The goal is to find the safest and most effective dose and see if it can shrink tumors. Participants must have a specific type of cancer (non-MSI-H, no BRAF V600E mutation) and at least one measurable tumor.
