Summary
This study aims to find a safe and effective dose of a new combination drug called HS-20110 for people with advanced colorectal cancer that has spread. It will test the treatment in about 500 adults to see how well their bodies handle it and if it can shrink or control their tumors. The trial is in early-to-mid stages, first finding the right dose and then checking how well it works.
