Summary

This early-stage study tests a new drug called HS-10587 in people with advanced solid tumors that have a specific genetic change (MTAP deletion). The main goals are to check safety, find the right dose, and see if the drug can shrink tumors. About 362 participants who have tried other treatments without success will take part.
