Summary
This early-stage study tests a new drug called HRS-7172 in people with advanced solid tumors that have RAS mutations or amplifications. The main goals are to check safety, find the best dose, and see how the body processes the drug. About 120 adults aged 18-75 with good organ function and at least one measurable tumor can join.
