New pill tested for Hard-to-Treat bowel disease

Summary
This study is testing an experimental tablet called HRS-7085 for adults with moderate to severe ulcerative colitis, a chronic inflammatory bowel disease. Researchers will compare the pill to a placebo (inactive tablet) in 66 participants to see if it reduces symptoms and is safe. The goal is to find a new treatment option for people who haven't responded well to existing medications.
