Summary
This study tests an experimental tablet called HRS-7085 in adults with moderate to severe ulcerative colitis, a chronic bowel disease. About 66 participants will receive either the drug or a placebo to see if it safely reduces symptoms like diarrhea and rectal bleeding. The goal is to control the disease, not cure it, and results will guide future research.
