New hope for lung cancer patients who stopped responding to treatment

Summary
This study tests a new drug called HRS-7058 in people with advanced or spreading non-small cell lung cancer that has a specific change in the KRAS gene (G12C). Participants must have already tried standard treatments without success. The study compares HRS-7058 to other KRAS G12C-targeting drugs to see which works better at slowing cancer growth and improving survival. About 450 adults aged 18 to 75 will take part.
