Summary
This study is testing whether a new drug called HRS-7058, when combined with other cancer drugs, is safe and effective for treating advanced solid tumors. It will involve about 300 adults with cancers that cannot be surgically removed or have spread. The main goals are to find the best dose and see if the combination can shrink tumors or slow their growth.
