Summary
This study tests whether adding the experimental drug HRS-4642 to standard chemotherapy helps people with advanced pancreatic cancer that has a specific KRAS G12D gene mutation. About 588 adults aged 18-75 with good performance status will be randomly assigned to receive either the drug combo or a placebo plus chemo. The main goals are to see if the combination slows cancer growth and improves survival.
