New combo therapy takes on tough pancreatic cancer

Summary
This study tests a new drug called HRS-4642 combined with other cancer treatments for people with advanced pancreatic cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. About 60 adults aged 18 to 75 will take part. The goal is to see if the combination is safe and helps control the cancer longer.
