Summary
This study is testing whether a new drug called HRS-4642, when combined with other cancer treatments, is safe and can help control advanced pancreatic cancer. It will involve about 60 adults whose cancer has spread and cannot be removed by surgery. The main goal is to see if this combination can slow the cancer's growth and help patients live longer.
