Summary

This study tests a new drug, HRS-4357, against current standard treatments for men with a specific type of advanced prostate cancer that has spread and no longer responds to hormone therapy. The trial will enroll 370 men and measure how long the cancer stays under control. The goal is to see if HRS-4357 works better at delaying cancer progression.
