Summary
This study is testing whether an experimental drug called HRS-4357 works better than current standard medications for men with advanced prostate cancer that has spread and stopped responding to hormone therapy. The trial will involve 370 participants who have already tried one type of hormone-blocking drug and seen their cancer progress. Researchers will compare how long it takes for the cancer to worsen on scans between the two treatment groups.
