Summary
This study tests a new drug called HRS-4357 against current standard treatments for men with a type of advanced prostate cancer that has spread and no longer responds to hormone therapy. About 370 men will be randomly assigned to receive either HRS-4357 or another drug to see which better delays cancer growth on scans. The goal is to find a more effective option for this hard-to-treat stage of prostate cancer.
