New hope for Hard-to-Treat cancers: experimental drug targets RAS mutations

Summary

This early-stage study tests a new drug called HRS-2329 in people with advanced solid tumors that have RAS gene mutations or amplifications. The main goals are to check safety, find the best dose, and see how the drug moves through the body. About 120 adults who have already tried standard treatments will take part.
