Summary

This study tested how the drug HRS-1893 is processed in people with mild or moderate kidney problems compared to healthy volunteers. The goal was to see if kidney function changes drug levels in the body, helping doctors recommend the right dose for patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. 24 adults aged 18-65 took part in this phase 1 trial.
