New hope for hard-to-treat cancers? early trial of HRO761 begins

Summary

This study tests a new drug called HRO761, alone or combined with other treatments, in people with advanced solid tumors that have specific genetic markers (MSI-high or dMMR). The main goals are to find safe and effective doses and to see how well the drug shrinks tumors. About 123 participants whose cancer has worsened after standard therapy will take part.
