Study reveals best way to talk about HPV vaccine to college students
NCT ID NCT07614009
First seen Jun 10, 2026
Summary
This study looked at how the way we talk about the HPV vaccine affects university students' understanding and willingness to get vaccinated. Researchers gave 177 students either positive messages (focusing on benefits of vaccination) or negative messages (focusing on risks of not vaccinating), and compared their responses to a control group. The goal was to see which type of message works best to increase knowledge and vaccination intention.
