NCT ID NCT05119036
First seen May 23, 2026 · Last updated Jun 08, 2026 · Updated 4 times
Summary
This study looks at whether cutting back or stopping additional treatments (like chemo or radiation) after surgery for HPV-positive throat cancer can work just as well as the standard full treatment. The goal is to reduce long-term side effects while still controlling the cancer. About 83 adults with this type of throat cancer are being followed to see how they do over time.
