First seen Jan 09, 2026 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 19 times

Summary

This study is for people with HPV-positive throat cancer. It tests whether doctors can safely lower the radiation dose during treatment if the tumor shrinks quickly and a blood test shows the cancer virus is clearing. The goal is to see if this personalized approach keeps the cancer from coming back while reducing side effects. About 120 participants will be enrolled.
